Thai-born owner-chef, Dej Kewkacha, began chasing his sweet dreams at the tender age of 22 when he set up Kacha Brothers with his brothers. Today, the group operates over 50 F&B outlets under 7 leading brands including the flagship Kyo Roll En – Thailand’s most popular Japanese dessert cafe chain ( Bangkok’s Best Restaurants 2019 – “Best Dessert Cafe” ).

A self-taught patissier who speaks fluent Japanese and Chinese, Dej has also spent time in prestigious kitchen around the world such as 2 Michelin-star Ta Vie restaurant in Hong Kong. In 2019, he was the only pastry chef invited to cook at ‘Cook Japan Project’ in Tokyo amongst luminaries like Yannick Alleno, Mauro Colagreco and Virgilio Martinez.
